I usually did, I am starting back up again today actually, thanks for reminding me !! :)
I just write what I eat and what time I eat it, where I was and what my mood is that way I can track what moods make me eat and try to find other outlets. (the key word is TRY, I havent been doing so well:( )
when I stick to it, it works because then I think twice befor eI eat something because I know itll look bad on paper - I feel like a fat cow when I see I ate 2 ice creme sandwiches instead of 1/2 or 1 and when I see that I ate grapes instead of popcorn, I get motivated :)
