Smokefree for over a decade, and asked to share about that, I decided to write here to IVillage Message Boards. Single best stop-smoking tip that works for me, is to ALWAYS remember to give my body something healthy. When I get any cravings for anything unhealthy, I make myself have or do something healthy, instead, and do not allow myself the unhealty things which I used to believe that I craved ... a snack or rest break, instead of a smoke.
