I prefer fresh for taste, but I also have my freezer stocke up with frozen veggies & fruits (love frozen fruit in my smoothies) for those times when fresh is not available or I'm pressed for time. so much easier to open up a abag of broccoli than to clean/peel the fresh one, for example. As the article recommends, I only get the ones without sauces or salt added or sugar for fruit. Just plain fruits/veggies. I also havea bunch of canned ones, mostly tomato products & beans, but a few cans of corn, peas, beets. Dont like many other canned veggies. And some canned pineapple packed in its own juice for baking. Couple of cans of fruit salad & pears or peaches also in their own juices for those times when we dont have any fruit & we just want something.
Experts say that frozen & even canned have more nutrients than fresh, because they're frozen soon after picking as opposed to fresh, which can travel/be stored for weeks, thus losing nutrients. So I always have frozen on hand just in case, but still prefer fresh when I can get it.

Over time small steps make a huge difference.
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
