Menopause & Perimenopause

I know I will never forget what I was doing when it began, or how I felt as I watched in horror as the day progressed and the news kept pouring our way!

May those who lost so much that day be forever remembered and somehow comforted by now; and those sacrificed so much to save others be forever remembered and honored!

And, most of all, may the pride we felt as a nation as we rallied in the weeks following that day never be lost again!  Let us do what we can to keep it alive in our hearts forever.

You are loved ~~ far more than you may ever know!

By the time it had sunk in exactly what had happened, dd was at school.  It was all I could do to keep myself from going and taking her out of school.  Dh was working closer to home and all I could think of was taking dd and going to his work.  I wanted us to be together.  I didn't get dd, we didn't go to dh. 

It was sooooo hard to see and understand that something so horrible could happen on our soil. 

May it NEVER happen again!
