Hi! I just wondered which scent you used today to relax in your sanctuary?
I lit a candle tonite & relaxed for a bit.
It was a cranberry mandarin fragrance.
Did you light candles/incense today and what scents did you enjoy???
I love candles and am always looking for new yummy flavors! ;0)
I love Votivo candles, they have lots of fun and calming fragrances.I love the clover.
Also-Just wondered if anyone used the lavender oil today/tonite?
(I need to get me some of that!I love the smell of lavender,it is so peaceful & relaxing-I bet it is heaven, and I have never tried it so I am excited too!)

Hope you have a very peaceful day.

We don't care for candles. I buy them for the scent, not to light them, when I cannot find any other alternative. Right now I'm in the apple/cinnamon mode while I'm slowly sliding into the change of seasons mood.Pumpkin spices and golden sunsets kinda mind frame, ya know what I mean?

I love the smell of food!  lol  My favorite is Yankee Candle's Strawberry Rhubarb Pie.  So, that is what I lit last night.  Unfortunately, they only make it in the votive size and not the big jars anymore.  But I've got a ton of the votives!

I love the scent of berries and citrus.  In the bathroom I always burn Cucumber Melon or a Grapefruit or something that smells "clean" and fresh.  In the bedroom, I stick to flowery smells like Gardenia.

Seasonally, we are into pumpkin and apples.  DH LOVES apples :)

Hi,
I love candles too and I also was introduceds to the melting hot pad from my mother, its a way to get more fragrance from a candel without burning them, it works wonderful for candles that don't burn right when you light them :) it just warms the wax and lets the sent waife around the area! I'm also a fan of "CandleLight" things and candles which do burn well. I'm happy I can get the cheap candles when I'm broke and the good ones when I'm not, and I get more scense from the whole experiance. A little play on words there :)
Take care and Have a Great Day!

I prefer insense, I lit candles just for the glow, but usually scented ones are or too strong of smell nothing to me. Those days it's Sandal Wood insense. DBF and I bought 3 huge packs of those in Mysore last spring, I just need to find an insense stick holder now :-)

Even back in Switzerland I used to lit insence especially those days I had difficulties going to sleep, there is something really soothing about insense
