Cindi,

Thank you for passing on our feedback.  We see the misinformation still exists as we reported it.  While it may not be an issue for some people, the bottom line is that categorizing this condition incorrectly is the same as providing incorrect medical information.  How may we go about taking our concern directly to site staff who have the ability to correct this problem?

Thanks.

Hello again

another member here as well as myself  has  posted to you,  im wondering why  you came back and didnt respond to us, is there a reason why ? i hope that you were not offended,   if anyone posts here ..  as long as we are polite to one another i think its ok for others to express their thoughts on a topic,

i tried to introduce me/us  and yet you do not respond,  that is hurtful because it feels like  you are someone new just surfing the internet and coming to try to change something when .. you arent a regular posting member here.  we that come here and post  arent complaining about the  discrepancy which you have  brought up and want changed, but why ? to serve what purpose ? I feel its unfair and wrong that you would come here, not talk to any of us but an admin person and yet expect that you can change things for the  sole purpose of  perhaps being what you feel is " politically correct " ,

I hope that you are not offended but understand that it seems strange that an outsider wants to come and change what goes on here.  If perhaps you can try to look at things from another point of view . I mean no offense, I just know that myself and others inside believe there is nothing wrong with where  IVILLAGE has put this message board, and as far as the DSM V its not the only absolute true definition of being Multiple or the only knowledge out there to properly categorize DID/MPD .
