Well I guess its about time I introduce myself, I'm Bri from WI, a SAHM to Korvin (3 in Nov.) and twins Blake & Barrett (just turned 1!)  I was just diagnosed w/ MS in July 2009 after a bunch of symptoms (numb/tingley feet, vision problems, and then a portion of my face & my mouth going numb).... I'm guessing that I've had MS for about 3yrs because I experianced numbing in my fingertips in the spring of 2006 but then that went away after 1 month...then I guess I went into remission for awhile (2 healthy pregnancies) and then symptoms just recently started up again.  This summer MS hit pretty hard I feel like my body is playing musical numb parts and my ballance is REALLY bad and I've been having a tough time walking :( FINALLY 2 weeks ago I started Rebif, thankfully I haven't had any bad side effects BUT I haven't had any improvements anywhere either.  A little while ago I put myself on a dairy free diet and if I cheat on that diet things gets noticibly very worse, soooo thats good to know that I'm not cutting things out for no reason.   I mainly want my ballance to improve I can handle random body parts feeling numb, numb areas right now since I cheated and had some pizza 1.5weeks ago: stomach, ankles, right wrist and back.  Before I cheated on my diet I was doing fairly well, no major numbness.

I also practice yoga which seems to do me some good but the stress my 3 yr old gives me....makes things bad :( oh goodness is he a little monster! My twins B&B are such amazing boys, they better stay calm LOL

well I guess I come back and ramble somemore, thanks for getting through my random intro :)

my blog (I'm gonna start keeping up more)

Officially welcome here even though I know we've talked before it's good to see you come out of lurkdom.

DH has been on Rebif for about 18 months now and it did take a bit for him to notice an improvement and he had been on Copaxone for a year before that as well. So since this is your first medication be patient and give it time. You're still on the titrating portion I assume since I know DH wasn't at the full dose for about a month.

If you have any Rebif questions we've been there done that and we're always happy to help answer questions. Remember you can call them and ask questions or talk to the help line nurse as well. We also had a traveling nurse that came to the house that we could call if we had problems.

Be sure to pre-medicate EVERY time with the Rebif and try and take it right before bed that way you sleep through any ickiness (technical term of course ;p).
