July 20, 2008, I was at my highest weight of 330 pounds. To date, I have lost 133 pounds but now I struggle with how many calories should I be eating each day. Is there anyway you can help me figure that out? I normally eat around 1400-1500. I weigh 197(under 200 for the first time in over 10 years). I am 5'2". I do cardio 5 days a week for 1 hour and strength training 3 days a week.
