Yes I'm very allergic to FISH and MILK all of the diets want to incorp. these 2 things in. I was told by doc to drink SOY milk okay but in this book I just bought, Master your Metabolism, and again it is important that people get enough Omega 3 and Vitamin D. It states to stay clear from Soy Milk. I have join many online diet groups and have asked this question over and over. But the response is always the same from them there are subsitutes there for you. That does NOT answer my question. Most diet plans want you to eat fish and make sure you get enough dairy so, what are my choices when they say actually soy milk is not good for the hormones? Can anyone answer this without stating there are subsitutes?
I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but Hemp Milk has omega 3 and 6. That would cover the Omega 3 and milk replacement. NO ONE needs milk. The dairy industry just wants you to believe that. Eat your dark leafy greens or maybe some calcium fortified OJ and you'll be fine.
