Breakfast seems to be a constant battle of wits and varied tastes in my home these days... I'm the proud mom of 4 kids (ages 7-14) and have found that lately, if we just avoid breakfast all together, we really seem to be better off. The kids eat a better lunch and really have quieted down in the mornings...no more bouncing off the roof and running around the house like a racetrack! My sanity seems to be returning.
Any easy (balanced) meals that you would suggest at lunch and dinner to keep all the kids happy without the need for me to constantly be "on" as the personal chef?!
