Needing Help with a Rotation Diet
First of all, does anyone know how I could go about finding a registered dietitian?
Second of all, I'm breastfeeding my DD(9months) and we're having allergy problems. I *know* she's allergic to: Dairy, peanuts, eggs, wheat, soy, apples, avocado, and peaches. Oats and gluten are possibilities so I'm avoiding them until further notice.
I figure it would be better for both of us if I rotated our diets. Soooo, what exactly do I need to make sure *I* have in my diet? She'll just eat bits of whatever I'm eating. Since we're avoiding so much it's hard to just use the food pyramid. All input is welcome(other then telling me to use formula). :)
