Skimmed milk calcium rich?
I drink a mug of milk a day, and a yogurt for calcium. I was thinking of switching to skimmed milk just to cut out some un-needed fat. Does skimmed milk have the same calcium levels as semi-skimmed? And are there any other health concerns with skimmed milk?
Also, is a mug of milk and a 125g yogurt enough calcium a day?
