eat and drink/weight gain

i am 18 years old .i am very short for a guy at the age of 18, standing 5'2 - 5'3 tall, and i feel like im underweight weighing only 98 pounds. i work out and excercise almost everyday mostly lifting weights, i am fit but im just a little underweight, i tried drinking supplements like Weight gainer, Creatine and Amino acids before and after work out but my weight is still THE SAME , i started taking it a month ago and there is no difference in my weight, only my muscles got a bit bigger and stronger but my weight is still the same ever since. i need help to gain weight. my goal is to reach 120 - 130 pounds. do i keep going on what im doing?
excercise 3 - 4 times a week, minimum 45 minutes. and taking supplements. or what do i do?? =(
also i have a problem eating and i don't think its normal. sometimes when im eating in the beggining i dont need to drink water but when im in the middle of my foood i feel like i need to drink water to able to swallow my food(if its dry food) and i sometimes have a hard time swallowing my food. and its becoming a habit. is it a bad habit and why??also sometimes i know that i am hungry but i dont feel hungry? feel like i dont wanna eat but i wanna eat because i know my stomach is empty. what is wrong with my stomach and how do i fix it?
