Glad to help. OK, first off it is best to be on as little as possible when ttcing and when pg, especailly if you are not under a docs care. I have to say that I was wrong about the Vitex. Yes, that can help when ttcin, but I think it is important to stop it when you get pg unless you are under doc suppervision. There are too many conflicting reports about the Vitex, so I would make sure to stop it when pg.
EPO can help with good cervical fluid however you need to chart so your know when you ovulate so you can stop taking it when you do. Very important. I recommend baby carrots, they can really help with cervical fluid with no risks.
Soy, well, I think it is very important to avoid most soy period, but especially for us. Below are some links to explain. Let me know if you have any questions. Take care, Laura

of info.

irregular menstrual cycles in younger (premenopausal) women, leading also to
mid cycle surges of leutinizing hormones and suppressing FSH. Both can
lead to the body getting confused about when and how to ovulate.
