There is one cure for my bloating and it might works for you as well. The answer is big yoga ball. You lay on it upside down (face facing floor) with your stomach at the center of the ball, put your arms straight down on the floor for support. Then move forward to stretch your ab against the ball (as if the ball is moving back and forth under your ab). I see bloating as air trapped inside, and by stretching over a ball, you let the air out everytime you stretch your stomach. Try it for couple minutes and rest to see if it helps, then continue until the bloating is gone.
