When I was a child I suffered abuse from by dad and bullies at school. I'm 29 now. For the past few years I started dreaming about these people. Its almost every night. They're not always nightmares, the dreams just always have at least one of those people from my past in it.

Is this a symptom of PTSD? What can you recommend I do about it?

Thanks all!

Recurrent dreams or nightmares can be a symptom of PTSD. However, a diagnosis of PTSD is typically  not made unless there are 3 or more symptoms combined

I would recommend that you seek out a professional therapist to help you cope with the memories that you have.
