If there is fruit in the house, that is what I will eat. But so often, we seem to run out before teh next shopping run, especially of bananas which are my favorite (so long as they aren't too ripe, that is)!
Much more often recently! I have been making an effort to buy fresh fruit in place of usual snack food. If we are hungry, that is the only thing to snack on.
I make a green smoothie once or twice a day to get a veggie/fruit fix. If I have fruits and veggies in the house I eat them. Esp veggies... I LOVE veggies.
