Have you ever dieted with your spouse or partner? How did it go? Was it easier or harder for you?

I never have, simply because HE will not follow a diet! And he NEEDS to lose weight. I feed him healthy food and have managed to reduce the amount of leftovers but he still eats/drinks additional high calorie foods between meals. Drives me nuts!

We've tried to diet together but with dh's crazy schedule it didn't work out very well, plus he hates chicken so that limits my lean protien choices when I'm cooking for us.

Yes.  It was nice to have him on board with the eating program etc.  But it was also very discouraging because he lost weight much quicker than I did.

You know, I hear this from a lot of women. I wonder if men really lose weight quicker and easier or if women just talk about it more than men do. ;)
