Who do you trust for information on dieting, weight loss and diet drugs? Do you get the most information from friends and acquaintances, popular books and celebrities, a website or your own physician? Does the amount of research involved make any difference in your choices?

Well I have just finished reading In Defense of Food which seems to have a lot of good info. I tend to read and trust sources that advocate a balanced diet of non-processed food. I find I'm becoming much more supportive of natural and organic food stuffs and find that I feel much healthier for it.

Other sources I tend to look to: Eating Clean magazine, Cooking Light.
