I'm new here and was wondering if anyone has suggestions on types of dawn simulators to purchase. I've recently started researching this online and there are so many out there it's hard to know what is good and what is not. I want to buy a dawn simulator/lamp that has a timer and I can get some morning light even in the winter time when the sun doesn't come up till 8AM.

Any suggestions and input is really appreciated!

Hi

Welcome to SAD.  I would suggest doing a search on google.com for dawn simulators.  I looked and there seems to be a few sites out there.  On one site it was over $200.  for one, but if it works I would think it would be worth it.  I haven't heard of them before your post.  If you do get one let us know how it works:)  I wish you luck.

Hello, Thanks for the info. I've researched some on google but as you said, haven't found anything under $200 - at least nothing that looks like it may work. I'll probably make sure wherever I buy one has a money-back-guarantee-if-not-satisfied deal. :) I'll let you know if I end up getting one and how it works. Mornings in the winter are my worst time so maybe it's worth a shot.
