We've all seen them; buy this cream, spray, or lotion and look X years younger. Have you ever fallen for it and bought a product you thought for sure would help you? Well check out this Beauty & Style slideshow on what's a good buy and what's not!

"Science is the study of nature," corrects Sue DeCotiis, M.D., a physician with a practice in New York. I have read from an article that most beauty products have harmful effects on our body than do wonders on it because of it's chemical components like from lipstick to where there's a lead on it. We sometimes eat it together with our food. Eyeliners and masscara can even irritate and blind our eyes. Th0re's also zinc on talc and powders that could harm when absorbed by the face. The foundation could also enlarged the pores of the face.

Right now, I tried to be as natural as I can be without the lipstick and all even powder. BUt sometimes I needed to have some makeup occasionally for some events
