***"Have you ever had someone of a different religion pray for you or offer to pray for you? Did you accept the offer or turn it down and if you turned it down, how did you do it?"***
Sure. And I really don't mind prayers being offered for me for illness or some other challenge in my life. Not at all. In fact, I appreciate it. :) I just usually say a simple "thank you." However, I do *not* appreciate being told "I'll pray for you that you 'see the light,'" IOW, pray for my conversion from my own beliefs, to theirs. I find that rude, and disrespectful. And I will speak up when I am targeted in such a way, in as diplomatic a way as possible, to educate the person.
