If you'd like to, and you observe such a rememberance today (or tomorrow), please list your loved ones you would like to honor and remember. :)

Blessings,

To observe my Samhain Sabbat, my Wiccan spiritual New Year, and rememberances of my loved dead, I will set an extra dinner plate tonight at the table, then take it out as an offering, placing it under the redwood tree out back. I am looking forward to ritual today with my Circle as well. :)

Bless and thank you all for your presence in my life. Your love, trust, comradeship, friendship, lessons in loyalty, steadfastness, inner strength to endure, how to give my love and trust, how to accept love and trust. Being examples of being self-responsible, sticking to my values. I wouldn't be who I am without all of you having been in my life. For a happy and safe childhood with moments in nature to delve into my own spirit and connect with the spirit in the world. Freedom to be me. Sound values and framework. My education. Especially you, Mom, for giving me the gift of reading and loving books. And you, Dad, for accepting me for who I am, and not trying to fit me into your image of what I should be. Loving me through my bumpy self-discovery years, going backpacking with a 50+ year old aching out of shape body, and the joy we shared with LiLi dog. For always being in my corner.

Blessings,
Gypsy

A very nice tribute, gypsy.  Though my life has not been touched often by human passing as many have been, those special spirits are:

My father Ed, Vi, Herb, Ernie, Teresa, Charles, Daisy, Gay, Dharma (but forever Arleen to me) and many canine hearts of love, led by my beloved Weimaraner, Duncan.   Special prayers for Dawn, who has disappeared from the VI board after a courageous battle with breast cancer, and who I miss very much.
