Well I would be grateful if we got the 250 but I also have mixed feelings about not getting a raise for 2010. We of all people who live on fixed incomes should be getting a cost of living raise....everything is going up from food to utilities and taxes. Seems the government is taking from the needy and giving to the rich. Every time I think about the bail outs and CEOs getting big bonuses on our dime I get furious.
