Yes, usually I can't get anything done. Sometimes I can start something, but don't have the energy or feel like completing it. Some days were worse than others. Luckily, I haven't felt that way in a very long time though!

There was a time that I was so depressed, I got nothing done @ all): I have since learned the SMALL STEP approach. Instead of becoming overwhelmed, I set a goal of completing one task. It can be a corner of a room. I tell myself it's a start. No matter how much I accomplish, I try to keep busy & avoid negative thinking. If I finish the task, I give myself a reward. Maybe extra time to enter the sweepstakes on the pc or I fit in an extra half hour to read a book for enjoyment. Giving up isn't an option. Expecting too much of myself isn't either. Looking @ things from a balanced point of view, helps. (((hugs))) jan
