Boo!  Just kidding.....  Do you usually recognize Halloween?  In the US it's coming up next week, are you doing anything?

I'd post this question next week, except I'm having foot surgery on Monday and I have a feeling I'm more likely to post about that. ;)

We usually don't do much for Halloween, we live in a neighborhood that has just a couple of kids in it and there's no decorating.  Inside our house we've got some Halloween stuff that my husband puts up every year, but it's not crazy. ;)

This year we have a party to go to, so the last few days have been a hubbub of getting my costume together--I'm supposed to be a groupie to my husband, who is going to be a really cheesy bowler-guy.  What this means is that I'm dressing something like Peg Bundy from Married With Children in a bowling shirt.  I haven't been able to borrow anything, so I've had to try to find what I could on the cheap.  It's still less expensive than buying a costume in a bag, though!   Some of it I can re-wear too.
