I am almost two years post-op and lost 93 lbs. Over the past 6 months or so, I have regained 15 lbs. I think I need to eat constantly, though I am not really hungry. Is anyone else having this problem?

I am open for any advice!

Thanks!

Yikes!  I haven't had this happen.  I had the RNY July of 2001.  Are you overeating?  Exercising?  Which surgery did you have??

I had RNY June 2000. I lost 110lbs and in 4 years gained back 10-15 lbs ( depending on water retention.) My husband started atkins and I did it with him for a week and lost 5 lbs in 1 week. Since I don't need to lose any more weight I don't do atkins all the time. I guess technically that is the diet I should be on all the time anyway post op but I don't . I am a junk food addict. I have decided that if

So I guess really you need to identify what you are eating. Keep a record of everything that goes in your mouth. Identify your weak spots. And realize that you don't have to eat 24/7. Something else you might try is before you eat drink a glass of water.
