Hey all,

Just saying hello. I had Gastric Bypass almost 6 months ago, and have lost almost 100 pounds and am very happy about it.. I would love to talk to more people that have had this surgery. Im 26 and live in florida and going to nursing school...

Hi and welcome.  Congratulations on the great loss!!  It is an amazing feeling isn't it?

I have had the nonadjustable band.  I know there are several people on this board who have had the bypass... so hopefully, they will jump in and share experiences with you.

How is life after the surgery for you?  What is the best thing (besides the weight loss) and what is the hardest thing?
