What types of self-help books do you read (i.e. those on emotional health, physical health, fitness, diet, etc.)?  What book has been of the most help to you?

I've never been able to get through a single self-help book, from organizing to mood to... so I guess I'd have to say that none of them "helped" me at all!

I'm with Carol about self-help books in general. I have read books on PTSD and healing, which were very informative and helpful, but they can't be categorized as self-improvement books either.
