“Chopped,” a Food Network cooking competition is currently casting sous-chefs, who want to test their culinary skills against those of other sous-chefs. The show begins with four competitors and ends with only one as the winner.

If you are a top sous-chef living or working in the New York Tri-State area and you would like to participate in this Food Network competition, please email foodnetwork@813casting.com ASAP. Or call Sean DeSimone at 646-467-7681. Please include your name, the name of the restaurant(s) in which you work (or have worked), your contact info, and, if possible, a picture of yourself. You can also send in a professional resume if you’d like. Monetary compensation for all participants.
