There's not much posting being done, you all must have something of interest going on. I'm going to be a great great aunt for the third time. Been busy sewing a cotton quilt, made a cover for a nurtuing pillow, and some burp pads so far.

How exciting.  A new baby.   Well, there is nothing much of interest going on up here.  Still lots of snow on the ground, but the days are starting to warm up above freezing for a few hours.  This is good.

I'm just planning, but on the other hand, I don't seem to have any time anymore.  I'm not sure I'm going to be able to get my garden in this year.  Not sure if I can do it.  But knowing me, I will try.

I bought two tomato plants last week and it got so cold here again, it's going down to 20 tonight. My spinach it just starting to pop thru, and we feed the lawn which is starting to get deep green. It's supposed to be cold for Easter too. Are you back to full time work? How is my friend the moose? Never saw one when I was in Maine for a Thanksgiving weekend.

I started 4 tomato's yesterday.  Planted some seeds.   I've been so busy trying to get my house in order.  I think I'm going to have to let my house go.  I need to get more seeds started.  They should most be started this week.  I wish I could take a week off of work to get it all done.  We shall see.  The boss comes back Monday,  maybe I can take at least one day off.  Maybe Thursday or Wed. and Thursday.

I have been here before today and after you posted.  I guess I just did not open up this post.  Thinking there was nothing new.  Geesh.  Yes, I have been full time since November 2006.    Now I am also going to our karate classes that dh has two nights a week, and also on Friday mornings....we have a womens self defense class that we are doing at the church that we are using for our classes.   The S.D. class is free for the women at the church, but others are hearing about it.  It's okey.  It's kinda fun.  Mostly I hold the pads so the women can strike, hit, kick or whatever.  That usually takes from 9 a.m. and it's about 1:30 or later in the afternoon when I get home finally. (Friday is my first day off).  so Sat. I try to stay home, but by then i have so many dirty dishes and the house is such a mess, that I take all day doing housework.  I don't have much time to visit my boards or anything.

Well, time to eat.  My "Spaghetti Pizza Casserole" is done, and I have yet to feed my dogs.

Yes, I'd say you have a full days work! Jusr figured everybody was recovering from the holidays. My spinach is up, and I planted some pansy's in a container, but the weather here has been so cold and wet my basil took a hit with the cold weather. And, I've been putting my two tomato plants out when the sun in a sheltered spot on the back patio. We have been having so much wind again we lost power yesterday for a while. I was better off when I lived in the woods, never did we loose power this often! By, the way just wanted to tell you how much I really enjoy and use the lobster salad receipe you gave me. Especially during lent and I like it with shrimp. I'm now buying seafood from a small fish store and it's a world of difference than the super markets. They are selling flounder here at a high price but it is no way flounder. So, I'm paying more but the seafood is fresh and not previously frozen.
