Linda, I have to tell you the reciepe for the Rosetta mix for lobster salad, I use it with shrimp. It is the best! When I have company I slice and toast a baguette in the broiler and then put the shrimp salad on it and serve as an appetizer, and tonight being Good Friday we will have it with cream of asparagus soup, with sliced tomato's, onion, and scallons. I so glad to posted it!
Where is this shrimp/lobster salad? I could not find it, but then I didn't spend too much time yet looking for it. seafood is so spendy here. Halibut is around eighteeen dollars plus a pound. Can you believe that? I can't. No wonder I don't eat fish or seafood.
