Fifty & Up Friends

fall!  The trees are so pretty and each time I crest a small hill I get a different picture. 

I was in Athens yesterday and will return tomorrow.  Today I'm staying closer to home.

Sophie decided only to eat a little last night.  At least I'm not stressing out that she might have cancer. 

The stores are starting to hire for the holidays.  I need to go apply.  I can stand on my feet as long as I can wear my New Balance shoes.  There is a vibrating foot bath that I like to use, but it is in a box somewhere. 

DS & GF are watching all six grands this weekend from Fri night to Sun afternoon.  They will have fun.  And I get to be alone!  Sat is the singles movie and dinner.  I'm going.

Our leaves are about all gone here. We have had snow already, but that is gone too.  It looks like the sun will be shining again today!  How nice is that. 

I hope you are able to find work. 

I hope Sophie gets better.

I gave my daughter a whirlpool type foot bath when she was working as a waitress. I asked to use it when I started working for the school but she couldn't find it buried in the attic or basement or garage (l).

Good luck to DS and GF. I won't even watch one over night anymore.

Yes, don't waste time applying for those seasonal jobs, Karen, you just never know, they may decide to keep you on the payroll after the holidays!  Good luck to you!
