This episode SCARED me!

All these residents and interns who were still at the hospital, going on 48 hours without sleep and they let them operate?  Does that hospital not have a safety plan?  Do they not monitor their people and ensure the safety of the patients?

I understand being afraid for their jobs.  Heck, I'm afraid for my job! We just had two more people laid off this week!  But I know that spending more hours at work is not the solution!

I think if I'm ever hospitalized, I'll ask the doctors and nurses how long they've been up and refuse treatment by anyone who has been on duty more than 12 or 16 hours! 

Like I said, this episode really, REALLY scared me.

I am glad I am not the only one that thought that!  I was thinking "this better just be for the show..for dramatic affect!"

Like Izzy..  really?  Surgery on her first day back from CANCER??  UGH!

Omg Izzy's character is so ridiculous.  No one recovers from cancer that quickly and jumps into 5 hour surgeries.  I get that tv is exaggerated for entertainment purposes, but it isn't working here.  I wish they'd killed off her character and kept George.
