"Common Sense" steroids

NBA owner, Mark Cuban, has stated that he is for steroids when administerd by a doctor to heal injuries...

What do you think?  Should atheletes be allowed to use banned substances under a doctor's care as long as they are recovering from an injury?

I can't help but think that only more problems would arrise from allowing this.  All the team would have to do is find a shady doctor and half the team could be 'roided up.....
