OMG.... You are reading my mind. Went to the store this morning. Thought I'd have spaghetti. Heard the news. Wondered if power would be knocked out tonight. That's just to funny.
If you hear about someone running thru the streets, getting struck by lightening. It's probably me running to my Mom's house to watch her battery operated (small) TV!
I never have had a group of friends to watch LOST with. I wish I did. It used to be me and the DH. But even if I had a group, I am not sure I would want to include them now! :-)
I would not want to talk during commercials. Well, truth be told, I always tape it, and then fast forward through the commercials. If I start watching about 30 minutes into the program, I can usually cut out all the commercials.
I have really fond memories of watching past seasons of "The Sopranos" all by myself, when I just had Max, piled up with pasta and a glass of wine.
Can I post my fantasy LOST dinner??? A big plate of shellfish and clarified butter, some grilled veggies, and a big bottle of cold Chardonnay. And maybe some fresh fruit for dessert. Kind of island-y. I love all fish, and I could really, really go for a glass of wine these days. It's a no-no though, since I am pregnant, of course. Bummer.
