Just want to complain about our local ABC station.  We always watch Lost on the HD ABC channel and it is wonderfully clear and sounds fantastic.  Well, to my complaint....We were having severe weather (as I guess quite a few of us were) and as soon as they put up the "severe weather alert and radar" in the lower left corner of the screen we no longer had HD!  What is the deal with that????  Also, the weather warning was crawling on the bottom of the screen every time there were subtitles so we couldn't read what they were saying!!!!

I do think they were getting compaints b/c for the last 1/2 hour they took the warning/watch info off the screen and just put it on during the commercials!  I actually kind of thought that was funny....we all were more concerned about a tv show that the severe weather!!

At least we didn't lose power or anything...I would have really been mad!

No severe weather here in my area.  My only problem was I started dozing off since I was all comfy in bed.  Luckily I recorded the show just in case this happened.  I will have to go back and watch the las 30 or so mins.  I'll probably go to the ABC web site to to try and get more incite.

Ironic how bad stuff always pops up on our Lost night!

Hubby was having extreme sholder pain last night--I thought we'd have to take him to emergency. It must have something to do with his spinal problems or even bursitis. But I had to keep attending to him and hearing him groan. And I'm sympathetic, but it did put a damper on the evening. And yes..we had rough weather last night too!

Must be some cosmic prank on us! Ha,ha!!

My fiance feels your pain. He only got to watch about an hour and a half of the show last night because of bad weather. He missed the last thirty minutes so he's got to watch it on my computer this weekend.

Ohmigawsh, how annoying!!!

I know I had a friend in Oklahoma who said the weather was pre-empting everything and the tornado sirens were going off. Man, oh, man. Thank goodness LOST is not on during hurricane season. That would be the only rough patch around here. Well, pretty much.
