THOUGHTS:  I didn't double up on my workout today because that yoga killed me.  I'll make up my other workout tomorrow.  I forgot to drink one of my protein powders today which put me low on calories.  It's hard to remember to get in all my calories sometimes.  Better luck with that tomorrow.  A good day overall.

Thank you so much!!!  I actually realized that a couple mornings ago.  I've lost 50 pounds.  That's the most weight I've ever lost in my life (the most before this was 47 pounds).  I'm happy about that.  So now I just have to do another 50 all over again! :o)

How are things going with you?

I know I'm a few days late in posting this, but I just wanted to let you know that you are not a bad person for sometimes thinking about what your life would be like if you had made other choices.  I find myself thinking that on many occassions - especially when I'm going through a particularily rough time with my daughter.

Life isn't easy and sometimes the choices we make seem like we've made it even harder.  Yes, as an independent person you had responsibility for yourself and no one else and you were not reliant on anyone other than you, whom you knew you could count on.  I think it's perfectly normal to look back on those days and question the choices that you made that changed that.

The key is that you acknowledge that you love your children dearly, that you are still moving forward to become an independent individual once again, and that the blues of the day will pass.

That's life and human nature.  Kudos to you for typing about it instead of eating it away.

Liz

i'm okay just having some tests ran i got my blood results friday but haven't talked to the doc about them yet but i'm guessing something needs done somewhere alot of things are out of whack one scares me the most is my triglycerides was 285 supposed to be under 150.  my bilirubin was low under .1 suppose to be .2 to 1.6. my mcv is low and eosinophil, absolute neutrophil, eospinophil and absolute eosinophil are all high.  I haven't got the thyroid results back yet but i already have hypo.  just not feeling well.  Trying to hang on and get everything together so i can move on.  I'm taking my second round of bactrim ds twice a day and i'm just getting frustrated.  I hope things are fixable, and that i haven't screwed my health up completely.  I can't believe i let myself get to this point.  i can remember saying i would just die if i ever weighed 250 pounds and now 250 is a goal to get back to.  I can't believe i had my eyes closed for so long taking care of everyone else and now i'm like WHOLY CRAP WHAT HAPPENED!!! every time i look in the mirror.   i haven't been very good on my diet this week , or excerise been resting and trying to get myself back to normal state.  I will be okay i've just got to get myself together.  sorry to ramble i will update you when i find out what is wrong with me. take care and keep up the good work 50 down 50 to go so you have proved you can do it so go for it.
