I do them sometimes when I do not feel like doing the high impact ones.

I do the knee lifts, gentle brisk walks with Leslie Sansone, windmills.

If I want something really low impact I go to the the pool at the activity center (at work) and tread water in the deep part for about 30 minutes.  you'd be surprised at how many muscles you use and you don't even break a sweat.

Yes that is a good one. My neighbor has spine and back problems to deal with and is trying water aerobics.

The thing is she over does it and is in more pain the next day. Hoping she knows not to do them so long the

next time.  This is her first try at this workout. She tried walking and she over does it.

Glad the pool helps you.
