I have not finished reading the book yet...about halfway through...so hard to find time to read it these days....but how do they feel about artificial sweetners?  No way I could handle All-Bran cereal or plain oatmeal without it...LOL

i love splenda and love it in my coffee.  i have been using it since 2000.  it was so hard to find here in tennessee.  now its everywhere.  its in the hospitals and in restaurants.  i begged MAPCO to get it.  it took them 5 yrs.  LOL.

i like it because its all natural and bad for you.  its great for diabetics.

the one thing i havent tried it in is baking.

some of the products that i found that have it is:

green tea by lipton on the go.

dentene chewing gum

diet rite colas

the list is probably bigger, but thats what i have used.

do you know of anymore?

Oh, I have not tried baking either but I have made a glaze with it before and you couldn't tell the difference.  I am think that new Coke Zero has it but I could be wrong....

i think i does.   i think they taste flat, but if you have them really cold, like in a chest of ice they are great.
