when i offered to "cl" this board, i told ivillage that " i am a work in progress"
so i guess you could say i'm learning as i go.
i have lost 4 pounds since last week. 3 last week and 1 this week! yippie for me.
my goal is 3-5 pounds this week too!
i did squats, lifted wts- 10 pounds and only 2 reps, i also have a band that my physical therapist instructed me to use. i cant work out alot yet, but i'm working up to it.
