I just thought this would be a good place to put what I eat. I will also put my recipes here if I try anything new.
So far this morning I have had 6 oz. of fat free lite yogurt with slivered almonds in it. I have also had 24 oz of water. I think I am going to have some strawberries and almonds for my pre-lunch snack and a turkey and spinach pita for lunch.
Let me know if you girls have tried any smoothies, I haven't yet!
