today

for breakfast  1 orange

lunch salad with tons of good stuff and a small steak

i did my stretches and walked on the treadmill 10 minutes at 3m/hr.  back started hurting, so i stopped.

friday-just stretches.  ate 1 meal - salad and steak.  it was a very busy day.  sorry no time to stop by.

as far as the points goes, i'm having a hard time doing anything for 30 minutes.  but its my goal.  i'll work on it today.  my target is 30 minutes.

so far for this week i have

7 points

sunday=

walked briskly for 30 minutes=3 points

did stretch routine before and after i walked=2 x2=4 points
