I am 31 and 5'4. I am 127lbs. I would like to fix my abdominal area without losing my butt and breast size. I finally have some lol. Is that even possible? I want my abs to be flatter pre-kids. Thank you for any help. Jenn
Abdominal crunches and partial sit ups do not affect the buttocks or the breast area. You should be safe using this exercise but to get better results you want to get your heart rate up before beginning your excersize which makes it more rewarding.
