It's Tuesday!!  What’s the plan?  How was your Monday?  Tell us everything… We really want to know!

Are you tracking points?  Here's how:

  • 2 points for doing your WOE (Way of Eating) perfectly Or 1 point for doing it almost perfect   Broccoli Steak             
  • 2 points for exercising   Sit Up          
  • 2 points for drinking water --  Ice Water  half your weight in ounces (if you weigh 200 lbs, you drink 100 oz) or a minimum of 64 oz...  which ever is more   
  • 2 points for doing something for yourself    Bubble Bath         
  • 2 points for offering support here on the board or doing something for someone else  You Go Girl

Good Morning,

 

I’m checking in with a 10 for Monday.  I did 35 minutes on the treadmill at an invigorating pace.  I stayed on track with both my WOE and water.  I checked and made a couple “support” phone calls to family.  Roommate’s DS came over last night and we watched “State Of Play”, which we all enjoyed.  “House” was not on… so I was able to play a little on the computer and go to bed at a decent hour.

 

Today I’m working on another 10.  Since I will need to change before exercising (wearing skirt, tights, boots, etc)…  I might do some mat exercises instead of the treadmill.  I am also hoping to leave the office a little early today to pick up my 2010 Vehicle TABs.  Oldest DS called and said he might pop in for a quick visit after work… so there’s a lot to look forward to :-)

Congratulations on your 10-point Monday!  Looks great!
Mat exercises sound good, especially since you needed to change clothes anyway.  ;-)  Hope you're having a terrific Tuesday!

Hey, my Monday was a typical 8-point babysitting day.  Here's the breakdown:

WOE (2)
  B:  lc yogurt, coffee
  L:  grilled chicken salad
  D:  salad, burger patty w/cheese, 2 cookies, coffee
Water (2):  80 oz.
Exercise (0)
Support (2)
For me (2):  played on the computer

Yesterday was good.  I babysat the now-11-year-old girl, helped her w/homework, did laundry, and puttered around the house.  Nothing too exciting.
Today has been good.  I walked on the treadmill and did some ab exercises, so it's shaping up to be a 10-point day.  I'm planning to go to bed early tonight; I think my allergies are acting up, and I'm not feeling well.  Hope you're all having a terrific Tuesday!

Debra,

Hope you were able to squeeze in some mat exercises and that you were able to leave work on time to pick up your vehicle tab's. Hope you had a nice visit with oldest ds.
