Hey, my Tuesday was a 10; here's why:
WOE (2)
B: lc yogurt, coffee
L: tuna salad on romaine
D: salad, bbq chicken, a couple of cookies :-)
Water (2): over 80 oz.
Exercise (2): 3 miles on treadmill, plus some ab work
Board (2)
For me (2): went to bed early
Yesterday was okay. I exercised in the morning, then did some odds and ends around the house in the afternoon. I ran a couple of errands before my afternoon crossing guard shift. In the late afternoon I started feeling bad- sore throat, chills, swollen lymph nodes. I went to bed semi early, and woke up feeling even worse.
I skipped Bible study this morning and took a long nap instead, which helped me out enough that I could go to DD's 4th grade musical, which was very cute.
No big plans for the rest of the day, just the usual. Hopefully I can get to bed early again this evening.
