I have found that running stairs is my best work out. I have to pump my arms to run up the stairs, legs (of course!) and running stairs really helps lift my buttocks. I also do what I call a pre season - I start out by doing 25 jumping jacks, then jogging/sprinting 100 yards and back, then push ups, running/sprinting, jumping jacks, duck walks, defensive slides, this is a good warm up/work out as well. ( I eventually work my way up to 50 sit up, push ups, etc.) This is my normal spring/summer routine b/c I feel like I get the best work out when I sweat the most. I am really looking forward to getting started again, b/c I know the pounds will just start to fade away!
