Monday, October 26 Food and IE
I had my first really good day in a very long time today.
mini bagel w/1 egg and egg white, sprinkle of shredded cheddar 225
iced skim lattes w/ff creamer 85
12 oz. choc. Chai (sf hot choc. w/6 oz. chai) 165

2 portabella mushrooms 40
1 T olive oil 120 (this is probably more than I used, but I'm not re-doing the math)
2 T Hellman's oo mayo 100 (again, maybe more than I used)
sprinkle shredded mozzarela cheese 50
4 oz. white albacore tuna 120
3/4 cup bran cereal 90

1/2 cup mashed potatoes 105

I also got the caltrac up to 721 on the Wii and the treadmill tonight, with a net of 684 more calories burned than consumed. Now if I can just have more than one day like that I'll do great! ;)
