Friday, October 30 Food and IE
My calories were good today but my IE was basically zero. I played mommy taxi most of the day (no school today), taught this afternoon, made dinner and went to a meeting until 10 PM. I'm exhausted and need to empty the dishwasher -- ILs are coming tomorrow and the house is a pit! Anyway, I wish I'd burned more today but some days are like this. I'm really low and fruits and veg too -- will do better tomorrow.
