Breakfast- 1 cup high fibre Guardian cereal, 1/2 cup 1% milk and a boiled egg
Snack-banana
Lunch-2 small slices pepperoni & cheese pizza, left the crust
Snack-10 Reeses pieces
Dinner-b/s chicken wrap, tomato, lettuce, swiss cheese, side salad w. peppercorn ranch
Water/Beverage- coffee w. cream & sugar, 1L water
